Congratulations to YHS senior Wyatt Bates, who has made it to the POL (Poetry Out Loud) State Finals! He will be performing on March 11th at the Waterville Opera House, 1 Common Street, Waterville. Doors open to the public at 2:30 p.m. and the event begins at 3 p.m.

Congratulations to YHS senior Wyatt Bates, who is a regional finalist for this year's Poetry Out Loud competition. Wyatt will compete in the finals held in Waterville at the Opera House on March 11th.

Pay Attention - a Student Art Exhibit at the Yarmouth Historical Society from Wed. Feb. 13 - Wed. Feb 27. Students worked on this project with visiting artist Tim Christensen - Art Prints, Poems, and Sculptures will be on view. Opening Celebration, with refreshments and a related poetry reading, this Friday, Feb. 15, from 4:45 - 5:45. Please join us to celebrate the incredible art students made to encourage others to Pay Attention to local animals.
