Monday, November 4: PARENT ADS DUE

1. We can only accept tiff files or the highest quality jpgs for the ads. All images must be digital. No hard copies, please. Please make sure the photos are at least 300 dpi.

2. Collect the materials for your ad: color photos, text, and check - made out to YHS Yearbook and email them to betsy_puelle@yarmouthschools.org

3. Please include a note explaining what you want for the ad with a phone number where you can be reached during the day if we have questions. We will design the ad for you.

4. You may send us the ad ready-made, but it must be in jpg digital format and of very high quality.

5. Please do not send any materials to students in the class.

6. Not sure what size ad to buy? Remember: the more pictures you have, the bigger the ad you need. We can’t get more than one or two on a quarter page. Half pages look best with only one to five pictures.

Full page: 9 5/8” tall x 7” wide $225

Half page: 4 3/4" tall x 7" wide $150

Quarter page: 4 3/4" tall x 3 1/2" wide $100

Monday, December 2: SENIOR PICTURES and BABY PICTURES DUE

1. These photos are used in the Senior Section of the yearbook.

2. One Baby photo and one senior photo only.

3. Submit digital color high-resolution jpgs or tiff files. These must be at least 300 dpi.

4. You can ask your photographer to send the photo directly to: betsy_puelle@yarmouthschools.org
