
YHS celebrates senior athletes who participate in Spring Sports. Seniors will be interviewed and an "athlete's profile" will be provided. Coaches will share highlights and memories.
Information regarding the Senior Celebrations will be sent out following the April Vacation.

Chris Koskinen, Yarmouth’s Winter Male Athlete of the Year.
As Senior Captain of the Indoor Track Team, Chris was selected WMC First-Team (pole-vault & 200) , All-State (2nd Team), and Class B State Champion (pole vault).

Maddie Marston, Yarmouth’s Winter Female Athlete of the Year.
As a Junior at YHS, Maddie was selected WMC All-Star, Class B state champion (freestyle), Class B state champion (classical) and Class B state champion (pursuit).

Chris Koskinen named to the Portland Press Herald Boys’ Indoor Track - 2020 Varsity Maine All-State team.
Chris won the pole vault title with a clearance of 13-9. He also placed second in the 200 in 23.73 seconds, just .01 off the winning time. Congratulations Chris!

Yarmouth High School Alpine skiers Eleanor Donahue, Hannah Moore and Killian Marsh qualified to race for the Maine All State Team and will compete this weekend against 8 other eastern state teams at the Eastern High School Championships in New Hampshire.

Congratulations to Dan LaMourie and Lindsey Smith who received awards at the WMC Citizenship Banquet. Each school in the WMC chooses two senior students to be honored for their contributions to the school in the areas of academics, athletics, leadership, and citizenship.

Boys’ Alpine Skiing State Championship
Yarmouth individuals:
Killian Marsh came in fifth in GS and Slalom.
Asher Lockwood came in sixth in GS.

Yarmouth individual results:

Fan Bus canceled for Class B Girls' Regional Championship Game.
Only one student request for use of the free transportation opportunity tomorrow has resulted in the cancellation of the Fan Bus.

Boys’ Ice Hockey Team defeats the Kings from Leavitt/GNG/Oak Hill/Poland 4-1 to end the regular season at 10-8. The Clippers will host a quarterfinal playoff game next Tuesday, Feb. 25th at 7:00 PM.
